I couldn't be happier with the product, very high quality. One of the two arrived broken, but it was clearly packed very well, maybe a fluke thing. I called customer service, and they immediately said they would send out a second replacement mirror asap. Mirror arrived in a few days, again, great product and great customer service.

this is a very high quality mirror. I have another bus with this exact mirror, and I'm very happy with both. The previous mirror broke when someone hit it with his shoulder. This one looks like it would take an impact better.
